Paper submission > Instructions

Your paper (French/English abstract on the first page, then text of your paper of 1 or 2 pages) must be submitted by December 1st, 2014. It must comply with the:

How to submit your paper:

If you submitted a declaration of intent:

  • Connect to your account on the online system;
  • In the “Submissions” menu, you will find your declaration(s) of intent. Click on the + “Add the paper” icon of the one for which you wish to submit a paper;
  • You may modify the information entered in the fields or leave everything as it is. Then click on “Next step” until the file upload page. Click on “Choose file” to select your Word file, then on “Upload”. The file will automatically turn into a pdf format. Click on “Next step”, and at last on “Submit”.

If you did not submit a declaration of intent:

  • Create an account on the online system;
  • Click on “Submit an abstract”;
  • Fill in the submission form with the instructions below, and follow the steps to submit your paper.


Please follow the instructions below to fill in your submission form:

STEP 1 "METADATA"

1. Title: enter the title of your paper in the language used in your paper (English or French)

2. Abstract: please fill in the box in accordance with the information requested below:

  1. translate the title of your paper (in French if the text of your paper is in English)
  2. specify the nature of your paper (scientific or management practices feedback)
  3. specify the spatial scale(s) of your paper (watershed, corridors, main cities, transition zones)
  4. specify in a couple of lines the subject of your paper
  5. specify the target audience (managers, scientists, etc.)

3. Type: please specify if you would prefer an oral presentation or poster

4. Topic: choose from the scroll bar the thematic that relates the most to your paper

5. Language of text: specify the writing language of your text (English or French)

6. Keywords: maximum 5 keywords

7. Comment: feel free to enter any comment (optional)

 

STEP 2 - "AUTHOR(S)"

Warning: If your paper includes coauthors please add their names and contact information by clicking on "add an author" on the author page.

"Add an affiliation" is a required field, simply put the name of your organisation.
